Kids' Favorite Sports

   Those who play sports and have regularly their training sessions, especially professionals who know how important it is to choose the right sport shoes, regardless of the sport - whether it's training sessions figure skating, running or pole vaulting. It is not the secret that a certain proportion of injuries in the sports world is precisely because of carelessly chosen footwear and its materials. Every sport has its own peculiarities and its requirements for such equipment as part of the sports shoes. For example, running needs lightweight shoes with flexible springy sole, with a special design of the insole and solid materials. The race walking requires springy soles, and shoes for running on rough terrain should be well fixed ankle from an elastic material, tightly covering the leg in the ankle, and have a corrugated sole from an elastic material.
   Tennis, basketball, volleyball, badminton training sessions require light shoes with flexible soles, because the kids' legs will make moving forward and backward all along. Tourism requires "spike" - the special shoes, whose soles equipped with special projection of the legs do not slide along the surface owing to elastic material.
   The kids' footprint of paper should help not to be mistaken with the size of kids athletic shoes (the best time of the day for measurement of any footwear is the end of the day, when foot size is maximal, because surging blood increases the size of the foot to the end of the day). However, children also need to be taken to the store so they could take an active part in the choosing. Firstly, you can try a few pairs of shoes, referring to a replica, and then give an example of the child chosen model. Secondly, the kids cannot talk about their feelings before they use these footwear at the training sessions, and you can be confident that the shoe has a reserve of no more than 1-1,5 cm and it is suitable for him/her not only in length but the width and height (this can be checked, putting a cast in the middle of the shoe). Shoes must be worn with socks, they absorb sweat and prevent rubbing of the skin. Size and material of socks is also important. Pointed toes lead to curvature of the fingers.
